Social safety and inclusion

The group determines the code of conduct for its members, which encompasses much more diversity than is visible. When disagreements and differences can lead to conflict, they resort to undermining eachother covertly, which harms collaboration, productivity, and goal orientation. Members/employees do not feel safe and increasingly withdraw to the background.
